Mr. Skeen received a BS in Finance from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech). For more than 26 years in the fitness industry, Mr. Skeen served as the CEO, CFO and CIO for top fitness brands, had successful exits with three private equity funds, and has been intimately involved in more than $800 million in equity and debt transactions, including roles with Gold's Gym, Fitness Connection, and Titan Management Solutions.

Dr. Shane Geib is a Co-Founder of Obsidian Men's Health and a urologist certified by the American Board of Urology. He earned his medical degree with honors from the University of Missouri and completed a residency in urology at The George Washington University in Washington, DC, during which he received the Pfizer Award. He continues to practice as an attending urologist and assistant clinical professor.
